Payment and Refund Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

Scope of the Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital resources, courses and related materials offered by celebzoxa. These include access to entertainment interviews, studio reporting guides, camera setup instructions, lighting techniques and responsible workflow documentation. The policy covers sales made through the commercial website to customers in the United Kingdom and explains how payments are processed, when contracts are formed and the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Prices, Currencies, Taxes and Additional Charges

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling. Value Added Tax at the prevailing UK rate is included in the advertised price where applicable. No additional charges for delivery arise because the products are digital. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider remain your responsibility and are not controlled by celebzoxa.

Accepted Payment Methods, Authorisation and Security

Payments are accepted via major credit and debit cards and other secure online payment services integrated on the site. When you submit payment details the transaction is authorised by your card issuer or payment provider. celebzoxa uses industry-standard encryption to protect card data during transmission. Authorisation does not guarantee acceptance of the order; we reserve the right to decline any transaction suspected of fraud or error.

Order Confirmation and Contract Formation

After you complete payment you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we send a separate confirmation that your access credentials or download link have been issued. Until that point either party may cancel without penalty.

Cancellation Rights and Applicable Periods

Under UK consumer law you normally have fourteen days from the date of purchase to cancel a distance contract. Because the products are digital content you must expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once download or streaming begins. If you have not yet accessed the material you may still cancel within the fourteen-day period by contacting us.

Refund Eligibility, Exclusions and Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are available only where the digital content is faulty, not as described or where statutory rights apply. No refund will be given if you have already downloaded or streamed the material, if you simply change your mind after access has started, or if the purchase was made for promotional or gift purposes that have been redeemed.

Step-by-Step Procedure to Request a Refund

To request a refund you must email [email protected] within the relevant time limit. Include your order number, the date of purchase, a clear description of the fault or reason for the claim and any supporting evidence such as error messages or screenshots. Requests lacking this information will be returned for completion.

Inspection, Approval, Rejection and Notification

Once we receive your request our team will inspect the claim within ten working days. We may ask for additional information. You will be notified of approval or rejection by email. If approved, the refund will be processed; if rejected we will explain the reasons and any further options available to you.

Refund Method, Processing Time and Receipt of Funds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes five to ten working days after approval, although your bank or card issuer may require additional time to credit your account. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Special Rules for Digital Content, Subscriptions and Promotional Offers

Digital resources are supplied immediately upon purchase. Subscriptions, if offered, renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Promotional codes and discounted bundles are non-refundable once redeemed. Access credentials are personal and may not be transferred or resold.

Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks and Suspected Fraud

If a payment fails you will be notified and given the opportunity to retry. Duplicate charges caused by system error will be investigated and corrected. Any chargeback initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of access. Suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and access will be terminated without refund.

Mandatory Consumer Rights in the United Kingdom

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. These rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract. If any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory law the law takes precedence.
